内质网应激与糖尿病视网膜病变
Endoplasmic reticulum stress and diabetic retinopathy
内质网是多种蛋白的主要合成场所,当各种应激因素导致内质网稳态被打破,使过多的未折叠或错误折叠蛋白在内质网蓄积时,将引起内质网应激(ERS).糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病微血管并发症之一,也是成人非外伤性致盲的常见原因.近年的研究结果显示,DR中存在ERS,炎性反应与ERS在DR的病理生理过程中均起着重要作用.深入探讨炎性反应与ERS的相互作用,以及这两者与DR的联系,有望为DR的临床诊疗提供新的思路.
更多The endoplasmic reticulum is a main synthesis place for multiple proteins.A variety of stress factors perturb the endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis,leading to the excess accumulation of unfolded or misfolded proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum,which finally causes endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS).Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is one of the microvascular complications of diabetes,it is also the common cause of non-traumatic blindness for adults.Recent studies have shown that ERS is induced in DR,and both inflammation and ERS play important roles in the pathophysiological process of DR.Investigating the interaction between inflammation and ERS,and their relationship with DR can help to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of DR.
